Order acceptance
The client submits their requirements, providing detailed information about the cargo (weight, dimensions, type, pickup and delivery addresses).
Planning
The forwarder creates an optimal transport plan, considering road conditions, costs, and delivery deadlines.
Carrier selection
The forwarding department organises transport, cooperating with carriers and signing contracts.
Preparation and supervision
The forwarder ensures proper shipment securing, prepares it for transport, and arranges customs clearance if required.
Transport execution
